| Returns and Shortages | If you do need to return something please contact us, with-in 14 days of delivery, for authorization. At your request, we'll give you a refund or replace the item. Items may be damaged during shipping - check cartons on arrival for any damage and note on your delivery receipt. Keep packaging for inspection by the carrier. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Claims for shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order, or shipment will be deemed complete. |
